Purpose of Processing: Your data is used exclusively to provide, maintain, and optimize our AI services, to manage your account, to perform contract obligations, and to contact you regarding service updates or billing.

3. Data Processing and AI Usage

Our Service involves the deployment of AI Agents (Collections, Sales, Outreach, and Vendor Coordination). The data provided to these agents—including third-party customer contact details—is processed by our underlying AI models solely to generate automated responses, reminders, and summaries on your behalf.

Data Fiduciary Obligations: As a Data Fiduciary, we employ reasonable security safeguards to prevent data breaches. We do not use your proprietary business data or personal data to train public AI models.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the specified purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Indian laws. Once the purpose is served and data is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.

5. Rights of the Data Principal

Under the DPDPA, 2023, you (the Data Principal) possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Information: You can request a summary of your personal data being processed by us and the identities of all other Data Fiduciaries/Processors with whom it has been shared.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data, the updating of incomplete data, and the erasure of your personal data when it is no longer needed for the specified purpose ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Right of Grievance Redressal: You have the right to readily available means of grievance redressal provided by us.
  • Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We implement rigorous organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
