Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Dariet (Orosfort Private Limited) for your AI automation needs.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycles.

To cancel, please email us at contact@dariet.com with your account details. Alternatively, you may cancel directly through your Dariet dashboard.

2. Refunds for Subscriptions

Since our service primarily involves the immediate deployment of AI resources, computing power, and API access, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

  • Monthly Plans: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
  • Annual Plans: If you are on an annual plan and decide to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a prorated refund (minus any onboarding or setup fees). After 14 days, the annual payment is non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If the service experiences prolonged downtime preventing you from using core features.
  • If there was an unauthorized charge due to a billing error on our end.

4. Setup and Onboarding Fees

Any one-time setup, onboarding, or custom development fees paid to Orosfort Private Limited are strictly non-refundable once the work has commenced.
